You do not have to be an inkFrog Customer to order from us. All orders come with instructions on how to edit your order on your own.

How this works:
: Look at the website and place what you would like to order in your cart.
: Checkout & pay for your order - You will receive a payment receipt from Paypal.
: After we get payment we will send you a list of questions that have to be filled out to finish your order.
Once we get the questioner back, we make your order. No matter what you order u we will be sent a questioner that must be filled out so that we can complete your order. Delays in answering the questioner will delay the delivery of your order.

Once your order is finished, you will be emailed a hyperlink to access our site to download your order. If you have an InkFrog account and asked for your template to be added to your account, it will be there. You must supply us with your inkFrog login name and password for this option.

The time that it takes to finish your order depends on:
1.What item(s) you ordered!
: Premade Templates, Logos, Headers, Store Fronts, About Me Pages 1-4 Days
: Premade All In One Sets - 1 week
: Custom Work - Depends on the custom job.
To be fair to all customers we do orders in the order we get the replies.
Time frames start from the time we get your reply. We try to get orders done ASAP.

2.When we get a reply to the questioner we send you to complete your order.
You may take as long as you need to fill out the questioner. The sooner we get the questions back the sooner your order will be completed.
